Job Description
Monthly Salary Based on total Flying Hours
7500 Hrs 2750 000 KD (9 128 USD)
9000 Hrs 2800 000 KD (9 294 USD)
11000 Hrs 2850 000 KD (9 460 USD)
13000 Hrs 2900 000 KD (9 626 USD)
14000 Hrs 2950 000 KD (9 792 USD)
15000 Hrs 3000 000 KD (9 958 USD)
16000 Hrs 3050 000 KD (10 123 USD)
17000 Hrs 3100 000 KD (10 289 USD)
18000 Hrs 3150 000 KD (10 455 USD)

Productivity Allowance
Per hour of Day Flying – 8 000 KD (26.55 USD) Per hour of Night Flying – 12 000 KD (39.83 USD) Per hour of flying in excess of 85 hrs in one calendar month – 12 000 KD (29.83 USD)
Layover Allowance
Per hour out of base on flights involving crew layover at outstations (plus hotel accommodation & transportation) – 2 100 KD (6.97 USD)
Education Allowance
Per child 4 to 7 years old – 25 000 KD (82.98 USD) Per child 8 to 18 years old – 50 000 KD (165.97 USD) (included in monthly salary – maximum 3 children)
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation will be provided for three months, then staff will have to move to his own accommodation. Monthly Housing Allowance will be paid as per order: Single: 375 000 KD (1 244 USD) Married: 400 000 KD (1 327 USD)
Married with one child: 400 000 KD (1 327 USD) Married with two children: 425 000 KD (1 410 USD) Married with three or more children: 425 000 KD (1 410 USD)

Furniture Allowance (One Time Only)

Free & Rebated Travel
Two free tickets on KAC and two 50% on KAC account on other carrier to the nearest station to home town. 90%/50%/30% unlimited for family members only. Two school holidays free tickets per year on KAC only.
Medical
Provided for staff under group insurance scheme. For family – as per Kuwait health services.
Transportation
Staff will be provided with transportation for first three months. He should obtain driving license during this period and make own arrangements for transport thereafter.
Service Bond
KD 25 000 (Five Years)
End of Service Benefits
In case KAC terminate services Up to 5 years of service (one month’s basic salary) 6 to 10 years of service (two month’s basic salary) More than 10 years of service (three month’s basic salary)
Monthly salary: 3935 000 KD (13 059 USD)
(Calculated based on following details: captain with 7,500 hrs experience, married with one child (up to 7 years old) and flying 80 hrs per month (50 hrs day flying, 30 hrs night flying. The calculated salary does not include layover allowance)
