ME Cabin Crew started its journey with a clear concept and goals to achieve. Since 1997, we have become a leading company in providing recruitment and training services to international airline companies. To date, we recruit cabin crew staff and pilots all over the world.
ME Cabin Crew is the only leading cabin crew providing agency globally with largest global network in the industry. The company is run by a young team of professionals that focus on getting job done.
The company has successfully recruited over 6,000 cabin crew members and assessed almost 5,000 pilots.
ME Cabin Crew is the preferred aviation recruitment consultancy globally with services offered to 80 percent of GCC-based carriers.

1997 A Humble Beginning
We began our journey as a cabin crew training organization in a market where such service did not exist and we established such category of services. Being the first private organization that started offering cabin crew training not just for individuals but also overflow of training from airlines. The organization was known at that time as Middle East Cabin Crew Training International.
2000 Diversification Policies
As cabin crew training needs grew, so did the requirement for hiring cabin crew. This gave our team motivation and opportunity to expand and look beyond borders of training, that's when the company name was changed to MECCTI. Our Global journey began.
2001 First Dedicated Agency in the World
MECCTI once again became a category creator by being the first dedicated agency for hiring and training cabin crew. Our journey had support from our clients and the amazing vision of our dedicated team members. MECCTI went from a small business to a mid-size agency employing 20 employees in 3 destinations. Today in 2017, MECCTI has the largest network in the world which spreads across 22 countries.
2012 Novelty in Services
MECCTI ventured into pilot recruitment and trainings, offering pilot assessments for existing clients in Gulf states as well as to carriers in SEA. 2012 came with challenges as the global economy started its downward trend, but with the outstanding support from our clients we managed to get through without any job losses within the organization.
2012 Partnership with Oman Air
MECCTI was appointed by Oman Air as the exclusive flight deck assessment centre. Our company assessed over 1,100 pilots for Oman Air and later covered the selection of cabin crew for Oman Air globally. Founded in 1993, Oman Air is the flagship carrier of the Sultanate of Oman and an Official 4 Star Airline (Skytrax 2011).
2013 New Training Programs
MECCTI started offering type rating, cadets programs in cooperation with IFTC, Boeing centre based in Istanbul and gradually centralized pilot training as well as assessments in Turkey. Being a strategic point, with ease of travel for pilots, the country offered great potential.
2014 Partnership with Flydubai
MECCTI was appointed as the second flight desk assessment centre in Turkey for Flydubai, a company officially set up in March, 2008 by the Government of Dubai, forming the city's first low-cost airline.
2015 MECCTI selects cabin crew for Flynas
MECCTI was selected by Flynas as a partner to provide A320 pilots and cabin crew from global destinations. Flynas is a leading low-cost carrier from Saudi Arabia with a young fleet of 29 aircrafts, operating nearly 1000 flights per week.
2016 MECCTI recruits cabin crew for Kuwaiti Airlines
MECCTI was chosen as a partner by Kuwaiti National Airline for cabin crew recruitment from global destinations. Kuwait National Airline is the pride of Kuwait and aims at setting the standard for customer orientation and become an admired airline to fly, to invest in, and to work for in the Middle East region.
2017 MECCTI's Global Footprints
Today we are the only global leaders in Cabin Crew recruitment, as we lead the trend of new start-ups, with our innovation, dedication, customer service, cost effective solutions, training programs and the largest network, comprised of 22 countries. MECCTI provides professional candidates in permanent, temporary and interim positions within the aviation industry in the Middle East. In addition, we are a pilot recruitment, training and assessment centre for several well-known carriers.
2019 Year of Challenges and Success.
This year Meccti was chosen as a vendor for providing cabin crew to Etihad Airways as well as Vietnam's impressively progressive airline Bamboo Airways. Together Meccti managed to screen over 1,800 candidates globally and was a year of big challenges and big achievements. This growth seems to continue on its expected trajectory as in 2020 we are targeting to screen over 2,000 cabin crew candidates.
